A Cat Forgets His Owner

Passage Content
Why does a dog recognize his owner,
But a cat doesn't recognize his owner.
Because one who eats from that which
a mouse has nibbled at causes himself
to forget that which he knows.
Then if one eats a mouse itself,
how much more so does this cause
one to forget! Since cat's eat mice,
they are forgetful of their owner.
